This unforgettable evening honors a decade of lifesaving work while raising the funds needed to continue rescuing homeless, abandoned, and medically fragile dogs throughout the Kansas City metro and surrounding rural communities.

6PM - Cocktail Hour, Yard Games & Silent Auction Bidding Opens
6:30 PM - Benefit show starts. Music by Taylormade Entertainment and performances by Quixotic. Wine Pull Opens.
7 PM - A delicious dinner experience suitable for everyone.

Q: When and where is the Decades of DogsFundraiser?
A: It will be held Saturday, Oct. 17, 2026 at The Thompson Barn from 6-10pm.

A: Cocktail hour on will start promptly at 6:00pm! Guests can expect many options at our open bar.
Q: Do you have to be 21+ to attend?
A: Yes! The good news is Lucky 13 Rescue hosts many other events throughout the year that are full of fun for all ages!
Q: What do we wear to the event?
A: All guests are encouraged to dress in theme, but if that isn't your style, come comfortable. Your support is the most important thing to our dogs! This year’s theme is acrobatics and we are requesting business causal in bla

A: Of course! We’d never pass up the opportunity to enjoy delicious food created by Lady Magnolia Event Planning and Catering and endless desserts ranging from cakes, chocolates and cookies.
